We send all items through our selected network of transport and courier companies. Throughout Australia.
Please note that products are shipped directly from our Melbourne distribution centre. Pick up can also be arranged from this facility.
Delivery
Items in stock, are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days from receiving payment.

Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre, we will send an email or text message to you with your order tracking number.
Metropolitan area consists of a 35km radius of the CBD.
With the exception of 40km radius of both Melbourne and Geelong.
Our delivery company will be in contact with you by phone to organise a convenient time to deliver your product to your door. If you are unable to answer the phone when our delivery driver calls you, they will leave a message with their return phone number and they will keep trying to contact you periodically to organise a suitable time for delivery.
The delivery company will only deliver the product to your door, unless special arrangements have been made e.g., technician install or “BULKY GOODS ITEM”
We do not deliver on weekends or on public holidays. Delivery is to ground level only.
For residential deliveries over 35kg due to OH&S laws are considered a “BULKY GOODS ITEM“, truck drivers are unable to deliver directly to your door. In these circumstances the item maybe transferred to a courier from the closest depot. Additional charges will apply.
Alternatively, arrangements can be made to pick up from the closest transport depot.
