XEBEX FITNESS ECO AIR CYCLE

Check Availability

The air-based flywheel on the Xebex Eco Air Cycle puts the rider in control of intensity at all times. The damper on the left-hand side of the flywheel allows the rider to adjust the amount of airflow during the ride to increase or decrease intensity. Riders can easily keep track of the resistance level that the damper is set on using the large console display.

OVERVIEW

How Does it Compare to Other Air Cycle?

Our Xebex Air Cycle was invented with a professional cyclist’s team. The angle of the cycling movement on this equipment is the same as how a professional cyclist moves on their bike. And as the resistance increases, it perfectly mimics the feeling when a cyclist is biking uphill. Our freewheel design also allows you to have the feeling that you are riding a real bike since when you stop pedaling, the feet and pedals are stopped while the flywheel continues to turn. Our goal for our air cycle is to give the user the best cycling experience.

PRODUCT FEATURES

DAMPER AND POWER SETTING

The air-based flywheel puts the rider in control of intensity at all times. A 10-setting damper allows the rider to adjust the amount of airflow during his or her ride, to increase or decrease the intensity. Riders can easily keep track of the resistance level the damper is set on with the cycle’s large console display.

TRAIN SMARTER

The Xebex Air Cycle includes a console with the only display of its kind that directly indicates the damper level. The display shows the Air Damper Resistance Level, Time, Distance, Calories, RPM, Watts, Speed, Pulse at all times, along with Calories/Hour when you switch modes. The easy-to-read console is designed for simplicity and the ability to know your progress at all times.

LIKE A REAL ROAD BIKE

With the Xebex Air Cycle, the rider experiences a freewheel design — when you stop pedaling, the feet and pedals are stopped while the flywheel continues to turn. This forces the rider to use all the muscles in their legs to move the flywheel around, just like a real road bike. This feature also provides gym operators and trainers with a much safer training experience since the pedals stop when the rider stops. A typical ‘spinning’ bike has a fixed-gear attachment to the flywheel. This means the pedals are directly connected to the flywheel and while the rider’s initial effort gets the wheel moving, the momentum of the flywheel helps the rider by propelling their feet around with the flywheel. This reduces the effectiveness of training and can present a safety concern as well.

COMFORT AND ADJUSTMENTS

Xebex Air Cycles are easily adjustable to comfortably fit athletes. The handlebar height adjusts by 30 levels spanning an 11.65” range and can also adjust forward and backward along a 7.56″ range. The console tilts 270 degrees for quick and easy viewing. The seat post height is adjustable by 30 levels along a range of 11.65” and the seat has a forward/backward adjustment of 1.5” with a 30-degree tilt. Steel mesh that faces the rider is completely filled, blocking any uncomfortable air/wind directed toward the rider’s face and body during use. Metal pedals with toe-cups are included.

EASY ACCESS TO RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENTS

The Xebex Air Cycle frame is angled upwards to make adjusting the damper setting easy and convenient.

SMOOTHER, MORE COMFORTABLE BIKING EXPERIENCE

The Xebex Air Cycle uses dual, enhanced polygroove belts with a self-tensioning system. The belt-driven Cycle provides a smooth and quiet experience.

PELOTON APP COMPATIBILITY

The Peloton app uses a different Bluetooth connection than the industry standard that we use in our Smart Connect consoles. Therefore, a separate “Peloton Compatible Sensor” is required to purchase if you plan to connect the Air Cycle to the Peloton app. You can purchase the sensor with us. We recommend the Arkon tablet holder for easy mounting of your tablet.

DURABLE CONSTRUCTION

Xebex Air Cycles are overbuilt for durability and sturdiness. The 127LB base provides a stable foundation for users up to 350LB. We use metal and steel where others don’t. Xebex Air Cycles include two front wheels to make storage and transport easy. Simply tilt the bike at the rear base and roll away. Additionally, Xebex Air Cycles require minimal assembly. We include all the necessary tools, hardware, and clear, illustrated instructions. Allow 20-30 minutes to complete the job.

FAQ

1. How does the damper level affect my workout?

The damper level controls the airflow resistance, making your workout harder or easier. Higher levels = more airflow = more resistance, greater calorie burn, and increased muscle engagement. There are 10 damper resistance levels to choose from.

2. Can I change the damper level during a workout?

Absolutely! Adjust the damper anytime during your ride to match your current intensity level or challenge yourself with intervals.

3. Where can I see the current damper level on the console?

The Air Damper Resistance Level is prominently displayed on the console, so you can always track your intensity at a glance.

4. What workout metrics does the console track?

The console tracks time, distance, calories, RPM, watts, speed, pulse, and even displays calories per hour during specific modes. It’s your data dashboard for a perfect workout.

5. Can I connect this Air Cycle to any fitness apps?

Unfortunately not, as this model does not have Bluetooth or ANT+ function.

6. What are the differences between AMSB-01-E and AMSB-03-BA

AMSB-01-E is a simpler model with only air resistance and a console model without Bluetooth capabilities. AMSB-03-BA has Bluetooth/ANT+ enabled console for seamless connection to fitness apps, letting you track workouts and explore virtual experiences. It also features magnetic resistance that transforms it into an AirPlus cardio machine for a wider range of workout options.

7. How does the freewheel design differ from a typical spin bike?

Unlike typical spin bikes with fixed gears, the freewheel design mimics real road biking. When you stop pedaling, your feet stop, but the flywheel keeps spinning, forcing you to actively engage your muscles to restart. It’s a more natural and effective training experience.

8. How can I adjust the Air Cycle for a comfortable fit?

The Xebex Air Cycle is highly adjustable! Customize the handlebar height and poition, seat post height and fore/aft placement, and even tilt the console for optimal comfort and performance.

9. Does the Air Cycle create a lot of noise?

The belt-driven system ensures a smooth and quiet ride, unlike some chain-driven bikes that can be noisy. Your workout won’t disturb others, and you can focus on the rhythm of your pedaling.

10. What is the maximum weight capacity of the Air Cycle?

The Air Cycle can handle riders up to 350 lbs, thanks to its sturdy 127 lb base and robust construction.

11. How long does it take to assemble the Air Cycle?

Assembly is quick and easy, taking most people between 20-30 minutes. We provide all necessary tools, hardware, and clear instructions. No sweat!
