The Body-Solid Calf Squat Block (SCB26) is designed to help keep the focus in the calf muscles when performing calf muscle exercise such as calf raises or squats. The combination squat platform and calf block has a weight capacity of 2000 pounds and a non-slip surface. The 2-bolt assembled squat block features a solid steel frame and a welded carrying handle. At 26 inches long the squat rack allows you to elevate heels for a better balance so you can better target the calf muscles.
