A fantastic rehabilitation tool designed to improve balance, strength, and core stability.

Used for proprioceptive (joint position awareness) exercises in physiotherapy clinical practice particularly following lower limb injuries and in the later stages of rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery.

The balance disc can also be used for a range of exercises some of which may include lunges, squats, heel raises, push-ups, planks, and bridges. The balance disc can also be used on any type of chair or stool for sitting on increasing activation of deep core muscles and stabilising muscles.
