oxing focus sticks/battens are great to develop punching and kicking accuracy. Training sticks are designed to improve your guard defense, footwork, and hand combination speed drills when being struck. A great alternative for minimizing the impact on shoulders from the striking force, compared to holding standard mitts.

Boxing Training battens are made from a lightweight flexible inner tube pipe which has an approximate weight of 300 grams. The length is 53.5cm, width is 5cm for the full batten. They come with a hook and loop strap to stop the battens from slipping, and with finger loops to provide a secure grip. Sold in pairs.
